Better Associates Degree: Information Technology or Paralegal?

I am currently going for Paralegal but fear jobs may be scarce and the work will out weigh the compensation for it... If I switched now I would finish at the same exact time as Information Technology. I am getting Married next year and need a better job ASAP to buy a house etc. Obviously a Bachelors degree is ideal but it is out of the question for now... Thoughts?
