Learning English on a farm while working????????? (at the UK)?

A close friend of me wants to learn English while working/helping on a farm. She doesn't like to learn the language like they teached hear on school. Im very sure she it capable of learning the language on a very open way by talking to people helping people etc.. It doest not really have to be a farm but something where she can help/ do something and as a compensation they "teach" her English. If you now a place like that at the UK payable for a inquisitive student please react!!!!! She would be so great full!!!
