Should i file lawsuit or not?

i was diagnosed with attention deficit. was supposed to get accommodation for courses but one professor denied accommodation. i got B+ in the course even after the denial of accommodation. However, if i had gotten the accommodation as listed by disability i could have gotten A+. Later the school apologized and said never again will i be denied accommodation. But attorney says i still have a case. Attorney said cost of case will be 2500 and that everything is already proven and that its straight forward case. So should I sue or forget? i think if i do the case, professor will lose his job for sure but I don't know what I will gain out of it. I doubt there will be any significant type of compensation because I already got a good grade. However, because my A+ grade ruined, i think it would be good to get professor fired. At the same time 2500 dollars is big amount for me. Attorney said lawsuit will be against university. But I also don't want university to retaliate on me like expulsion or dismissal. Its a great university. Its just a rare professor who ignored and violated ADA per attorney
