What are the legal consequences of not abiding by a post-adoption agreement in CA?

I know that the law states that the court may enforce a post-adoption agreement and that no monetary compensation shall be sought and that the adoption cannot be revoked. So what exactly can the court do to MAKE someone follow the agreement?
