Will i go deaf!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?…

I listen 2 heavy metal screamo music everyday 4 a long period of time. My right ear is hard 2 hear out of. Also when people go 2 bed and i watch tv they tell me 2 turn it down. So when its on like 26 its good, i can hear perfect, but if its on like 16 or 19 im like 'wht he say?'. I told my mom bout this and shes like your just sick or you just have stuff in your ears. I tried cleaning em! Its not that there clean, idk whats wrong with em!? But if you think im going deaf, i wanna be prepared of whats gonna happen. Also if this helps at all, i dont take any meds.
